No. Building your website is included in the monthly subscription. No big upfront payment — you pay a simple amount each month.
What's the commitment?+
The minimum term is 6 months. After that, you can cancel at any time. This commitment lets us include the build with no upfront fee.
What's included in the subscription?+
Building the site, hosting, technical maintenance and a number of simple changes per month depending on your plan. Everything is included in the price shown.
What if I exceed my included changes?+
You can still submit your request: it will be handled as an option, outside the plan. You stay in control, with no bad surprises.
How long until my site is live?+
The timeline mostly depends on completing your brief. Once we have the info, we prepare a first version quickly, then you approve before launch.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade your plan as your needs grow (for example moving from Presence to Local to add service pages).

Who owns the website?+
The content you provide us (text, photos, logo) remains your property. The site we build is hosted and maintained by us for the duration of your subscription — see article 9 of our Terms.
What do I get back if I cancel?+
Your content is returned to you on request. Hosting and maintenance of the site stop at the end of your subscription (Terms, articles 9 and 11).
Is the domain name transferred if I leave?+
Yes, if we registered it on your behalf: its management is transferred to you free of charge, on request, including at cancellation.
When exactly does billing start?+
You create your account and choose your plan with no immediate payment. Billing starts once you activate your subscription from your client area — which we recommend doing once your site is live and approved.
What counts as a "simple change"?+
A quick edit to existing content: text, a photo, opening hours, contact details, a displayed price... A structural change (a new page, a layout redesign) is handled as an optional request outside the plan.
Are customer enquiries or Google rankings guaranteed?+
No, and nobody can honestly guarantee that. We put in place what makes customers find and contact you — local SEO, an optimised Google Business profile, a clear quote form. Results also depend on your trade and your area.
What happens if launch takes longer than 7 days?+
The 7-day timeline starts once we've received your complete brief — it's our usual target, not a contractual guarantee (Terms, article 8). If it runs over, your contact keeps you posted on progress.
Can you integrate Planity, Calendly or another booking tool?+
Yes. We add a button or link to your existing booking tool (Planity, Calendly, Doctolib...) rather than forcing you to switch.
